  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • In case of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is any significant delay.

 

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to selected locations within India.

  • Shipping availability may vary based on the delivery address and courier service coverage.

 

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

  • Any additional charges for remote or non-serviceable areas may apply.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, future orders may be restricted.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers may be asked to share photos or videos of the package and product for verification.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

 

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Galaxy Unico will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

9. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, where available, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
