• The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, as reflected on your receipt or order confirmation.

• Our warranty includes:

  • Defective parts replacement: If any component of the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

  • Free repairs: If the product stops working or shows defects in its primary functions (such as incorrect Azaan sounds or inaccurate time-keeping), we will repair it at no cost within the 1-year warranty period.

 

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse: This includes damage caused by dropping, water exposure (unless the product is explicitly water-resistant), or other forms of physical harm.

• Normal wear and tear: Minor cosmetic damage or gradual performance degradation over time due to usage is not covered by the warranty.

• Unauthorized repairs: If the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized third parties, the warranty will be voided.

• Battery and accessories: Batteries and other consumables (such as straps or cables) are not covered under the warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

 

Claiming Warranty:
